Director of Conference Services and Assistant in Student Life

Ripon College seeks applications for an enthusiastic, team oriented person for a 12 month full-time exempt position with some required weekend and evening hours.

The position will primarily promote, organize, and oversee all aspects of conference services during the academic year and summer season. The Director will work with camps, weddings, conferences, professional meetings, and other outside groups interested in using campus facilities. Occasional assistance and coverage for Willmore Center events is included. Assistance in the Student Life division is necessary to coordinate student parking and scheduling of campus events and related door access.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferred, with background and experience in event management and facilities usage.
