Ripon College seeks applications for a Director of Student Activities and Orientation.  Founded in 1851, Ripon College is an independent, residential, liberal arts college in central Wisconsin, and is nationally recognized for its quality undergraduate education.

The Director of Student Activities and Orientation is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of a well-rounded program of activities for students that enhances and supports the liberal arts educational experience, encourages personal, and community development, and provides quality social opportunities.  Residence Hall Directors assist with part-time appointments supporting the Director.  The Director reports to the Vice President and Dean of Students, and the position requires evening and weekend responsibilities.

Masters degree in College Student Personnel or a related field, three years’ student activities or professional experience required.  Greek Life background/experience a plus.

At Ripon College, the health and safety of our employees, students and contractors is our number one priority.
