Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach

Ripon College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Midwest Conference, is seeking a Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach. This is a full-time twelve-month position with benefits and a desired starting date no later than July 1, 2023. For the ideal candidate, consideration could be given to a 9-month or 10-month contract or a less than full-time contract.

Reporting to the Athletic Director, the responsibilities include but are not limited to all aspects of coaching, recruiting, scheduling, travel, and budget management. In addition, other athletic department duties will be assigned by the Athletic Director.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to applicants with at least three years of coaching experience at the high school or college level. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, as well as dedication to the academic development of the student-athlete is required. A background check will be completed on the final candidate.
