Major Fest Set for Tuesday
Ripon College’s Career Development Office will be hosting Major Fest in Great Hall, Harwood Memorial Union on Tuesday, October 15 at 11:15 a.m.
Major Fest is a showcase of academic departments in one location, and it provides first-year students and sophomores who have not yet declared a major to learn about the different majors and minors at Ripon College. The event is all part of the Career Development Office’s four year planning schedule designed to help students prepare themselves for graduate school and careers beyond their undergraduate years.
The Career Development Office offers students a wide variety of assistance and resources, everything from resume preparation and mock interviews to providing students with career connections to Ripon College alumni, internship and job information, career fairs and opportunities such as the Career Discovery Tour.
