Ripon College Students Selected for All Star Band
Sophie Klingenberger ’14 of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, French horn; Katie Drew ’14 of West Allis, Wis., French horn; Maggie Breen-Lyles ’16 of Green Bay, Wis., flute; and Veronica Delisle ’17 of Shrewsbury, Mass., flute, were selected to participate in the National Band Association’s Wisconsin Chapter College All Star Band from a record number of applicants.
The culminating concert was held at the Lincoln High School Performing Arts Center in Wisconsin Rapids on Jan. 17. The group features about 95 of the best players from around the state, representing 28 of the 35 public and private colleges and universities.
