Orchestra to perform Sunday, Dec. 7
The Ripon College Orchestra will perform at 3:15 p.m. Sunday, December 7, in Demmer Recital Hall, C.J. Rodman Center for the Arts. Admission is free and open to the public.
The ensemble is conducted by Kyle Szabo, assistant professor of music.
Selections will include Allegro marcato from Symphony No. 2 in A minor, Op. 55, by Camille Saint-Saëns; “Capriol Suite,” by Peter Warlock; and selections from “The Nutcracker” Suite No. 1, Op. 71A, by Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
Performers include both students and area community members. Student members include:
