Comedian Bryan Morris appears at the Terrace Oct. 3

Comedian Bryan Morris, who balances sharp observational humor with energetic absurdism, quick wit and boyish charm, will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, in the Terrace, Bovay Hall, on the Ripon College campus.

Morris is a New York City-based comedian quickly making a name for himself at comedy clubs, colleges and festivals across the country.

In 2012, Morris won Madison’s Funniest Comic Contest with a performance that inspired The Onion’s AV Club to call him “The Michael Jordan of comedy.” He also was a runner-up in Laughfest’s “Best of the Midwest 2014” and a finalist in the Funniest Person in the Twin Cities Competition.

He has been performing and teaching improv with Atlas Improv Co. for nearly 10 years.
