Student artists will display work at 314: Ripon College Project Space

Students from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh will display their artwork at 314: Ripon College Project Space in downtown Ripon. The student artists will host a reception and be in attendance at 7 p.m. Oct. 27 to share and discuss their work with visitors. The show will remain on view through Nov. 5.

Converge is a group show with students of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh that are art majors soon to graduate. As part of a professional practices class, the students are taking on every part of organizing and installing a professional show including designing promotional materials, selecting and preparing artworks, and installation and lighting considerations. The participating students’ work includes paintings, digital and film photography, ceramic sculptures, installation, and mixed media works.
