Work by Jackson artist to be shown at 314
An exhibit of art by Kate E. Schaffer will be on view Nov. 11 through Dec. 3 at 314: Ripon College Project Space, on Watson Street in downtown Ripon. An opening reception and artist talk will begin at 7 p.m. Friday Nov. 11. Refreshments will be provided. An open mic night and interactive event with the artist will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17.
Schaffer’s work explores the fixity and possibility of time and space. It has been exhibited in many venues around Wisconsin. Schaffer is an MFA candidate from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is an instructor at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson, Wisconsin.
