Ripon College referenced in Inside Higher Ed opinion piece

Ripon College is referenced in “Extend the Exemption for the Endowment Tax,” an opinion piece by David Gerard, the John R. Kimberly Distinguished Professor in the American Economic System and associate professor of economics at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.

The piece was published Dec. 12, 2017, by Inside Higher Ed, and is an argument against pending legislation that would, among other actions, place an excise tax on investment income from college and university endowments.
