Funding sought to produce tribute album to Al Jarreau ’62

An article about Milwaukee native Al Jarreau ’62, whose friends have launched a Kickstarter campaign for a tribute album, was published May 23, 2018, in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Jarreau, seven-time Grammy Award winner, died Feb.12, 2017. The album, “We’re in This Love Together — A Tribute to Al Jarreau,” is scheduled to come out in December, followed by a tour.

A Kickstarter campaign for the project has a fund-raising goal of $50,000 by May 31.
