Alex Royzen ’08 featured in cover story of Boss Magazine
Alex Royzen ’08 of Lindenhurst, Illinois, was featured in the cover story about OpticsPlanet, “Focusing on the Details,” in the August issue of Boss Magazine. Royzen is director of supply chain management for OpticsPlanet’s parent company, Ecentria.
OpticsPlant is an online retailer offering sport optics, shooting accessories, tactical gear and eyewear, microscopes, telescopes, photography equipment, outdoor apparel and more.
The article states, “For OpticsPlanet, one of the country’s largest specialty online retailers, clear vision comes from a daring blend of technology and great people.” It examines how optimizing the e-commence supply chain grew the business from $60 million to $300 million in annual sales.
At Ripon College, Royzen majored in business administration, economics and history.
