Lighting fair at Ripon College offers free LED light bulb replacements

Wisconsin nonprofit Focus on Energy will hold a lighting pop-up event Tuesday, Dec. 10, downstairs in S.N. Pickard Commons on the Ripon College campus. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to the public.

Stop by and exchange up to 12 screw-in incandescent or halogen bulbs for free Energy Star certified 60w equivalent LED replacements. Also available for purchase will be discounted energy-efficient products, including single and multi-pack LED lightbulbs, or a $10 LED Starter Kit with 10 LEDs, one three-way light bulb and a desk lamp.

Focus on Energy will safely recycle the old lightbulbs. No tube lighting will be accepted.
