Class of 2021: Hanan Majid

We celebrate the Class of 2021, what they have achieved during their years at Ripon and what they hope to achieve in the next chapter of their lives.

Hanan Majid ’21 of Srinagar, Kashmir, is majoring in psychology. He will be moving to Utah to work for a year as a real estate agent before attending graduate school. He hopes to go to law school or study for a master’s of business administration.

He says the most important lesson he learned from Ripon College is “your creativity will never go to waste.”

He adds that a special memory from Ripon is “when I finally told the ADPi’s after waiting a year that it was me who had ordered the extra guacamole for their formal — I mean, most of them still don’t know so I expect a few text messages after this.”
