Ray Allen ’15 talks about science in podcast interview
Ray Allen ’15 of Durham, North Carolina, is featured on a podcast interview with LGBTQ + Stem Cast. “Colonialism in Science” can be heard here. Allen also discusses sea urchins and developmental biology.
Allen majored in chemistry-biology and minored in Latin at Ripon. He is a Ph.D. candidate in the biology department at Duke University. He studies developmental and stem cell biology.
LGBTQ+ Stem cast features LGBTQ+ scientists from a variety of fields in STEM and discusses their research, upbringing and how their passion for science started.
