Rebecca Matzke presents on panel at Society for Military History conference
Rebecca Matzke, associate dean of academic affairs and the Ralph Hale Ruppert Distinguished Professor of History, served as commentator on a panel at the Society for Military History Annual Meeting May 21-23.
The panel was titled “Blockades in History: The Evolution of the Blockade, 1846-1958,” and Matzke provided comments and critique on research papers by three other scholars.
The conference was held jointly in person in Norfolk, Virginia, and virtually. The panel was fully virtual.
