Andrew Prellwitz leading library-associated groups

Andrew Prellwitz, associate librarian-user services and director of Lane Library, is serving as the president of the Ripon Public Library Board. The board is launching a $1 million campaign to renovate a wing of the library as well as to provide outdoor public spaces adjacent to the building and Silver Creek.

Prellwitz also is chairing the Wisconsin Library Association Literary Awards Committee. The committee designates the best work of literature and best works of poetry published during the previous year by Wisconsin-connected authors.

The awards include the Literary Award, Outstanding Books of the Year and Notable Wisconsin Authors.
