Class of 2022: Evan Barbian ’22
We celebrate the Class of 2022, what they have achieved during their years at Ripon and what they hope to achieve in the next chapter of their lives.
Evan Barbian ’22 of West Allis, Wisconsin, majored in communication with a minor in sociology. He will hold an internship with the Milwaukee Brewers Community Foundation through the remainder of the major league baseball season.
He says that the most important lesson he learned at Ripon College was that “a small amount of people can be very powerful if everyone puts their full efforts toward the same goal. Also, always strive to do some good for your community because it not only will benefit you but everyone who surrounds you as well.”
His most special memory is of moving-in day during his first year. “That day, I remember thinking that my whole future was ahead of me,” he says. “Then, I met some people on that first day that would go on to change my life for the better and make me the person I am today.”
