Class of 2021: Maria Reber
We celebrate the Class of 2021, what they have achieved during their years at Ripon and what they hope to achieve in the next chapter of their lives.
Maria Reber ’21 of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is graduating with a major in music and a minor in theatre. She will be taking a gap year before starting her master’s in music therapy program at Augsburg University.
“The most important thing I’ve learned from my time at Ripon College is to cherish every connection made,” she says. “The community surrounding the College is filled with wonderful, like-minded individuals who are always happy to help out fellow alumni.
A special memory for her is participating in her first theatre production, “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.” “I felt like I belonged in both the theatre and music departments and knew in my heart that I made the right choice in choosing Ripon.”
Because of the ongoing campus restrictions, Reber’s recorded senior recital will be aired at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, at ripon.edu/live-events.
