Class of 2021: Rebekah Kolenda

We celebrate the Class of 2021, what they have achieved during their years at Ripon and what they hope to achieve in the next chapter of their lives.

Rebekah Kolenda ’21 of Iron River, Michigan, is majoring in psychobiology. She will attend graduate school to receive a master’s degree in nursing from Marquette University. She then plans to pursue a doctorate of nursing and become a nurse practitioner with a specialization in hospice care.

“The most important lesson I learned from Ripon College was how to be a strong leader in and outside of the academic setting, while learning how to foster long-term, meaningful relationships with other organizations and individuals,” Kolenda says.

“I have way too many favorite memories to choose from Ripon College, however, attending Greek group activities with my sorority (Alpha Chi Omega) and the other Greek groups on campus has to be my favorite!”
