Class of 2021: Nicole Petrovic
We celebrate the Class of 2021, what they have achieved during their years at Ripon and what they hope to achieve in the next chapter of their lives.
Nicole Petrovic ’21 of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, is majoring in psychobiology. She will continue to work as a certified nursing assistant for Ascension while applying to physician assistant schools.
“I think the most important lesson I learned at Ripon College is to persist despite the obstacles you face,” she says. “You will encounter a lot of obstacles throughout life, but your ability to persist and keep pushing forward will make all the difference.”
She adds, “One memory I hold close to my heart was being a part of Pinky Swear (formerly Love Your Melon) and getting to take a little girl on a behind-the-scenes zoo adventure to make her day! It was so special to make a difference, and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to do so.”
