Class of 2022: Hunter Simmers ’22
We celebrate the Class of 2022, what they have achieved during their years at Ripon and what they hope to achieve in the next chapter of their lives.
Hunter Simmers ’22 of Antioch, California, had double majors mathematics and physics. He plans to return to California and seek a job in engineering.
“The most important lesson that I have learned while being at Ripon College is that hard work pays off,” he says. “If you can put your head down and do what is necessary to perform at a high level, you will achieve any goals you set for yourself.”
His special memory of Ripon involve is participation in Phi Delta Theta fraternity and the football team. “I owe a lot of the fun and exciting moments to my friends and teammates and we have made many stories that I will be laughing and sharing for years to come,” he says.
