Class of 2022: Skylar Kotlarz ’22
We celebrate the Class of 2022, what they have achieved during their years at Ripon and what they hope to achieve in the next chapter of their lives.
Skylar Kotlarz ’22 of Arcadia, Wisconsin, majored in psychobiology with a minor in health. During the summer, she will work as a certified nursing assistant in behavioral health and then attend Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin, to study for a master’s degree in nursing.
“One important lesson that I have taken from my time here at Ripon College is that your hard work pays off,” she says. “Working toward your goals and aspirations can definitely be discouraging, but all of the work that gets put into to reaching those will pay off and get you where you want to be, whether it is academically or in life. Never miss an opportunity because you think it won’t work out or that it is too challenging.”
