Dalila Rihn

Dalila joined Ripon College in 2023 as an Admission Counselor/Campus Event Coordinator. She enjoys being able to work with students and guide them on their college journeys. She loves being able to see them and their families at the Admission campus events that she coordinates. She primarily works with students from western Wisconsin from cities like Madison, La Crosse and Eau Claire, along with students from Ohio and Indiana. She graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a Psychology degree and Communication Studies minor. Before coming to Ripon, Dalila was an Account Manager at a paint organization in West Bend, WI where she learned many skills but knew she wanted to work more directly with youth. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and cats. She also enjoys shopping, concerts and trying new foods.
