EAA AirVenture Information
WE WILL OPEN OUR RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2025 SEASON ON JANUARY 1, 2025! The 2025 EAA AirVenture will run from Monday, July 21 through Sunday, July 27. We will lodge guests from Sunday, July 20 through the morning of Monday, July 28.

Find Your Venue
The beautiful Great Hall is Ripon’s most popular reception and large dinner event space.
Great Hall is the main event hall on campus, known for hosting wedding receptions and big-name speakers such as former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. It offers a stage, light wood floors, tall ceilings, and large windows that allow light to brighten up the space.
Note: Great Hall rentals include use of the rotunda, MLK lounge, and Union porch.

Elevator access
Demmer is the perfect performance hall for concerts and recitals. It also provides a dramatic backdrop for indoor wedding ceremonies.
The recently remodeled Demmer Recital Hall is the main performance space for Ripon College music groups, including the orchestra, jazz and wind ensembles, and choral ensembles.

Todd Wehr 104 is a state-of-the-art classroom and lecture hall located inside Todd Wehr Hall. The room often is used for guest lecturers and speakers.

East Hall Kresge (Little) Theatre provides the optimal space for presenting to a group.
Kresge Little Theatre, located inside East Hall, is among the largest lecture halls on campus. This newly renovated space hosts classes and a variety of special events and guest speakers, sponsored by departments and organizations like the Center for Politics and the People.

MLK Lounge is a beautiful space for meetings and small gatherings. This multi-function room also provides numerous options as additional space that is included in Great Hall facility rentals.
The MLK Lounge inside Bartlett Hall is a space where students can find community and congregate with peers of like or shared experience based on their cultural identity. The center works with student groups to offer programming and resources for students of diverse backgrounds. It also doubles as a space for gatherings and is included in Great Hall facility rentals.

Ripon College has a variety of other classroom spaces available for your small group meetings, workshops, summer camps, etc. Spaces are equipped with full A/V capabilities and can be rented out by the hour or for a full day.

The Willmore Field House has been the space of choice for large-scale concert and speaker events.
The $22 million Willmore Center features a variety of fitness spaces, classrooms, lounges and performance courts. The new 65,000-square-foot field house includes an indoor NCAA-regulation track, complete with field events and four performance courts for basketball, tennis, and volleyball.

Seeking the perfect space for your meeting or event? Ripon College offers the perfect event spaces for parties of all sizes. From graduation parties to business conferences to beautiful wedding ceremonies and receptions, we offer a wide range of rooms and amenities including free parking. Our event staff can provide the services listed below for your next event.
Catering
From buffet style to a sit-down, served meal – our Sodexo catering staff works with each client to design a menu that fits their budget and their taste preferences. (can also mention that we provide catering for all events – from hot and cold beverage tables to light snacks to full meals and desserts)
Cake & Dessert
Cake, cupcakes, and other dessert varieties are all available through Sodexo. We have a variety of dessert options for special events and will be happy to help you decide on the option best for you.
Centerpieces
We have a large inventory of vases, candles, and other decorations to help complete your event. At Ripon, all of your decorating needs can be met through our event planning staff.
Lighting & A/V
Our spaces offer complete setups for your lighting and audio/visual needs. We have a full range of equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, and screens to meet all of your audio and visual presentation needs.
Linens
We also provide all linens for your event: napkins, table cloths, and any decorative pipe and drape to transform every space for your needs.
