The 2026 EAA AirVenture will run from Monday, July 20 through Sunday, July 26. We will lodge guests from Saturday, July 18 through the morning of Monday, July 27.
As always, a complimentary full breakfast will be provided each morning at our Pickard Commons Dining Hall from 6:00 – 8:00 a.m. Please indicate if you plan to have breakfast during your stay on your registration form for the benefit of our catering team.

Pricing
Single rooms – $79.00 per night – sleeps 1 person in one single bed
Double rooms – $99.00 per night – sleeps 2 people in separate single beds
Suite style rooms – $159.00 per night – sleeps 4 people in separate single beds
*Premium rooms – $179.00 per night – features an AC window unit installed in the room; limited premium rooms available
Please note: additional person(s) are a $10.00 per night fee. We are unable to provide bedding or cots for additional persons in a room.
Upon Arrival
Registration and check-in is from 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm at Memorial Union (300 W. Seward Street, Ripon, WI 54971), Ripon College. Check-in needs outside of this window of time may not be met until the following day, unless previously arranged with the Conference Services team
Changes in check-in processes may change due to precautions for health and safety. Please check your emails and signage posted around Ripon College campus for any new information.

Accommodations
Daily complimentary breakfast in our dining hall.
Shuttle service to and from the EAA grounds.
Sheets/towels/pillow/pillowcase/blanket are provided for each bed.
Lighted parking lots and 24-hour on-call coverage.
TV lounges, vending machines, and wireless internet provided in each building.
Residence Halls are not air-conditioned, so you may want to bring a small fan.
Other Information
Keys are provided for security and must be returned by 10:00 am on the morning of check-out. There will be a $35.00 charge per key if a key is not returned.
Refunds will be honored, except for a $15.00 handling fee, if postmarked before July 1, 2026.
No refunds for early departures.
