Julie Ricciardi

Julie Ricciardi was appointed as vice president for advancement July 1, 2025. She has more than 26 years of experience in various advancement, engagement and development roles. Her last position was associate vice president for development at Hollins University in Hollins, Virginia, where she led major giving, planned giving and annual giving, including the university’s $250 million campaign. She also previously worked at Saint Mary’s School in Raleigh, North Carolina; William Peace University in Raleigh, North Carolina; and Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She holds a master of science in business management, strategy and leadership from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education from Purdue University.
