Play She Kills Monsters to run Nov. 9-12 at Ripon College

She Kill Monsters, a play by Qui Nguyen, will be performed Nov. 9-12 at Ripon College. Performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Benstead Theatre, C.J. Roadman Center for the Arts. Tickets are free, but reservations are recommended by calling 920-748-8791; or emailing [email protected].

The play is a wild ride through the world of Dungeons & Dragons. “It will slash and shapeshift its way into your heart,” according to the New York Times. It is intended for mature audiences only.

“She Kills Monsters is a wonderful new play that blends fantasy and reality, comedy and pathos, love and loss with Dungeons and Dragons,” says the director, Kenneth Hill, professor of theatre. “Playwright Qui Nguyen has created a theatre for the geek in all of us, inventing a marvelous universe with heart and brilliance.”
