Matzke Presents at British Studies Conference

Rebecca Matzke, HistorianAssociate Professor and Chair of the History Department Rebecca Matzke presented a paper at the 60th annual meeting of the “Midwest Conference on British Studies in October, 2013.

Her paper, “A Deliberate Choice of Deterrence: Foreign Office and Admiralty Cooperation in the Early Victorian Period,”” was part of a panel entitled: “The Formulation and Implementation of British Naval Policy in the Victorian and Edwardian Eras, 1838-1914.”

The Midwest Conference on British Studies is a regional affiliate of the North American Conference on British Studies.
