Colucci Writes on NATO in U.S. News & World Report

Lamont ColucciLamont Colucci, associate professor of politics and government and director of the national security studies program at Ripon College has penned a column, “6 Reforms NATO Needs to Meet 21st Century Challenges,” for U.S. News & World Report.

In it, Colucci argues that NATO needs to shift its tactics from the defensive nature of its founding. He writes, “A shield of defense must now be transformed into a sword of offense.”
