Free digital portraits offered to job seekers by Ripon College
Free professional digital portraits for use in online LinkedIn profiles will be offered Thursday, Sept. 25, by Ripon College’s Constituent Engagement and Career Services and professional photographer Jim Koepnick. Portraits will be taken anytime between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the lower level of Pickard Commons on the Ripon College campus.
The service is offered for any job seekers who are in the greater Ripon area community. Participants will receive a free digital portrait.
Studies show that profiles are less likely to be viewed without a professional portrait attached. Whether you are using LinkedIn to find a new job or for networking purposes, a professional photo can help set your profile apart.
You should dress appropriately for a professional portrait. More information is available by calling 920-748-8126.
Koepnick is a free-lance photographer whose artistry, skill and experience have resulted in award-winning images that have been printed in numerous national and regional publications. Previously, he was chief photographer at the Experimental Aviation Association for 28 years and is a contract photographer for the Oshkosh Northwestern newspaper.
