Center for Politics and the People to host student discussion about North Korea

The Student Advisory Board for the Center for Politics and the People at Ripon College will host a panel discussion at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14. “Where Do We Stand?: North Korea” will be presented in Kresge Little Theatre, East Hall. All are welcome to attend at no charge.

The five student panelists will be James Amedeo ’18 of Orland Park, Illinois; Kim Frisque ’19 of Menominee, Michigan; Jacob Kramer ’19 of Ripon, Wisconsin; Dakota Marlega ’21 of Waupaca, Wisconsin; and Erik Osmonson ’21 of Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Each student will provide his or her analysis about what policy decision the United States should take toward North Korea.

The Center for Politics and the People at Ripon College was created to promote constructive political debate, analyze public policy and foster the engagement of citizens and their government. Every year the Center hosts speakers and panels to foster discussion surrounding current events and policy objectives.
