Ripon College Choral Union will perform Dec. 3

The Ripon College Choral Union will perform Sunday, Dec. 3, on the campus. The concert will begin at 3:15 p.m. in Demmer Recital Hall, C.J. Rodman Center for the Arts.

The program will include:

“Domine, ad adjuvandum me festina,” by Giovanni Battista Martini, with soloists Rachel Myers ’21 of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin; Todd Petersen ’19 of Emerald, Wisconsin; Luke Dretske ’21 of Berlin, Wisconsin; and Jessica Miles ’21 of Lancaster, Wisconsin; “Five Mystical Songs,” by Ralph Vaughan Williams, with baritone soloist Owen Reynolds ’18 of Wales, Wisconsin; “Wie lieblich sind deine Wohnungen,” by Johannes Brahms; “Away from the Roll of the Sea,” by Allister MacGillivray; “Satan Hates Music,” by Kirke Mechem; and “A Musical Pun-ology,” by Stephen A. Paparo.

The conductor is Dr. John C. Hughes, assistant professor of music and director of choral activities at Ripon College in Wisconsin. The pianist is Maria Kaiser Dietrich.
