Rhodes Scholar Zachary S. Morris ’02 to speak on campus Friday
Rhodes Scholar Dr. Zachary S. Morris ’02 of Madison, Wisconsin, will speak on campus in two alumni master chats on Friday, April 10.
Morris will talk about synergistic interaction between radiation and the immune response to tumor-specific antibodies at 2:10 p.m. in Farr Hall 331.
At 4:15 p.m., he will discuss cancer as an emerging priority in global health.
Morris is completing his radiation oncology residency program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. At Ripon College, he majored in chemistry and biology with a minor in Latin. He earned a 2001 Goldwater scholarship and was one of the 32 select Rhodes scholars in 2002.
He completed two master’s degrees at Oxford University and a M.D./Ph.D. at Harvard University Medical School. More information about Morris may be found here.
