Based out of Madison, WI, this trio of Alissa Freeman (piano), Hillary Hempel (violin), and Hannah Wolkstein (cello) enjoys a wide range of repertoire, particularly amplifying voices of women composers. Heard recently on both Wisconsin Public Radio and PBS, they are passionate about music education and artistic access. The artists will offer a clinic on chamber music performance and preparation immediately following the performance. Avanti Piano Trio’s performance will be the 2026/2027 Lynn Post Northrop Memorial Concert.
