Hopp Stadium
To support Ripon’s continued athletic excellence and enhance the overall student experience, Ripon is building a new 157,000-square-foot on-campus stadium. This mixed-use space will house the football and soccer teams, allow for a better fan experience for students and families, and provide a setting for concerts, intramurals and other student and community activities.
Hopp Stadium Now Open!
We hosted our first competition at Hopp Stadium on Sept. 30 when the Red Hawks football team played Cornell College. The women’s and men’s soccer teams have since hit the turf as well.
Official Grand Opening celebrations will be held on Oct. 21.
Building Highlights:
- 2,000-seat grandstand and press box
- A formal entrance on the corner of Thorne and Union streets
- Lighting for evening programming
- A branded game day experience
