Ripon is proud to announce a $35 million investment in strategic infrastructure projects, highlighting our commitment to our history of academic excellence, enhancement of campus vitality, and the overall student experience.
Project Timeline
Franzen Science Center
The new Franzen Science Center will be a complete renovation of the existing building and will include instrumentation upgrades and more than 19,000 square feet of new construction. Included will be new laboratory, classroom and collaboration spaces. The space will expand the existing structure, originally built in 1961, and is designed to meet the STEM learning needs of science students today and create the flexibility to adapt to needs of the future.
Hopp Stadium
To support Ripon’s continued athletic excellence and enhance the overall student experience, Ripon is building a new 157,000 square-foot on-campus stadium. This mixed-use space will house the football and soccer teams, allow for a better fan experience for students and families, and provide a setting for concerts, intramurals and other student and community activities.
