Does this room need to be locked before the event begins?
Do you require banquet tables (4'x 8') and/or chairs to be set up for the event?
Example: "I need 10 round tables and 80 chairs in a circle formation with room for a dance floor up front and 3 rectangular tables for food near the back of the room"
