Kirsten Brown
Director of Recruitment and Graduate Admissions
Kirsten Brown brings over 15 years of experience in higher education recruitment and enrollment management to her role at Ripon College. Before joining Ripon, she served as Director of Recruitment at Cardinal Stritch University, where she led the strategic recruitment and enrollment efforts for the graduate programs. She also spent time at UW-Milwaukee and Devry University in both undergraduate and graduate admissions roles.
Kirsten is passionate about advancing higher education through strategic recruitment initiatives, meaningful partnerships, and personalized engagement with students as they navigate their academic and professional goals.
Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband and two high school-aged kids, cheering at sporting events, attending live music, playing golf, and spoiling her two Boston Terriers.
