Wisconsin’s Own Library, poetry readings featured Nov. 13 at Ripon College
Wisconsin’s Own Library Open House will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at Ripon College. The event is sponsored by the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Wisconsin. The event showcases the Wisconsin’s Own Library collection of books and poetry by Wisconsin authors and illustrators, housed at Ripon College’s Lane Library, 300 W. Seward St.
The highlight of the day will be a reading by Ripon College Poet in Residence Dr. Steve Bellin-Oka and Wisconsin Poet Laureate 2019-2020 Margaret “Peggy” Rozga.
Activities include:
- 1-1:30 p.m.: musical entertainment while browsing
- 1:30-2:15 p.m.: Welcome by General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Wisconsin and poetry readings.
- 2:15-3 p.m.: Refreshments.
- 3 p.m.: Closing remarks.

Per Ripon College policy, all visitors to campus are required to wear a mask in all indoor public spaces.
