Career Trek to Chicago Center (overnight)

October 27th 7:30 am - October 28th 5:30 pm @ Chicago

No cost to students! This 2-day overnight event to Chicago is reserved for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. 15 student limit, first-come, first-serve. Preregistration required. Students will explore the Chicago Center and learn about their amazing for-credit internship opportunities for all majors and explore urban careers in Chicago. Students will also attend a downtown Chicago company site visit, enjoy a meet and greet with Ripon College alums who work in Chicago, attend the theatre production Hamilton, take a walking tour of public mural art in Pilsen, tour the National Museum of Mexican Art, and conclude with a delicious lunch at Taqueria Los Comales – one of the first taquerias in Chicago – before returning to campus.
