Stress Management Tools

November 2nd 11:00 pm - November 3rd 1:00 am @ Student Activities and Orientation Office

We will be collaborating with the RC counselors and PsiChi for education on stress and mental health awareness. We have supplies for students to make a “calm down” jar to take home. They can also take some stickers, coloring pages, and a stress/fidget toy home. We will have doughnuts available as well.
