Interactive gathering on Aug. 28 to explore college, community relations

The second Better Together event will be held at 7 p.m. Aug. 28 in Great Hall. Members of the Ripon College community and the city of Ripon community will come together to explore how we define our community, the College’s relationship to the community, and we can all work together to create a better place to live.

The event is free and family-friendly, and all are invited to attend. There will be an interactive activity, a free gift and presentations by community leaders, including Rep. Joan Ballweg.

Michael Cohoon ’21 of Union Grove, Wisconsin, community service intern with the Office of Student Activities, is coordinating the event.
