Explore the Ceresco Prairie with Ripon College

9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Ripon College is pleased to announce the first annual Ceresco Prairie Celebration. High school students from across the state are invited to participate in STEM- and music-specific activities while the greater Ripon Community is encouraged to participate in any of our day-long activities.
The day culminates with an awards presentation, concert and reception to follow in the Rodman Center.

Morning activities
Hands-on science demonstrations and presentations including
drones and GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
Prairie walks featuring bird, pollinator, and plant identification and walking history.
Food truck available for lunch
Afternoon activities
Research lectures and historical presentations
Award presentation and fine arts concert
Or drop in and explore the prairie on your own!
Registration for the general public is unnecessary.
High school students are required to register here.
