Request Criteria - Please review prior to submitting your request!

The Office of Marketing & Communications (OMC) at Ripon College provides strategic services to campus partners in order to advance the College’s branding, recruitment and retention goals. All projects are subject to review.

While the Marketing and Communications aims to support all campus initiatives, due to scope, strategic impact and staff resources, we may need to decline certain projects. Unfortunately, completing this form does not guarantee your project will be accepted.

Timelines and priorities will be determined based on the scope and strategic impact of the project. Longer lead times increase the possibility of marketing support; projects with less than a 3-week notice have a greater risk of denial. The designated point of contact is expected to provide prompt and timely feedback to prevent project delays or cancellations.

Audience(Required)

Who is the audience for this project? (EX: prospective or current students, alumni, other stakeholders) Be as specific and as inclusive as possible in your description of the ways in which you and/or others will use this project with the target audience.

Distribution(Required)

How do you plan to use and/or distribute the final product to the audience?

Longevity(Required)

For how long do you intend to use the final product? Will it need to be updated in the future? If so, when and how often?

Note: The day this form is submitted does not mean the project time has started on the same day. Normally, most projects will commence once all materials for the project have been received by the Office of Marketing and Communications. Projects with less than a 3-week notice risk automatic denial.
